For starters, we don’t just slap on your nozzles and hope for the best. We start by completely disassembling your injectors. We strip them of all rust and corrosion, followed by ultrasonic cleaning all the parts and body’s to remove every possible contaminant and prepare the parts for the next step in the process. We inspect every part and resurface all the internal contact areas to insure a leak-tight seal against the high pressures of your fuel system which in most cases exceeds 3,000 psi.

We don’t stop there. We then take our time to correctly build-up your injectors turning them into a near perfectly matched set, rather than sending you a mismatched group of individual injectors picked off a warehouse shelf as was the case when new.

The time it takes for us to do this nets you, the owner, thousands of operating hours of improved efficiency and smooth operation. Our modern processes easily exceed the original specifications used to produce your injectors.

To some it may seem like overkill, but we don’t use your Father’s 1940’s bottle jack style pop-tester. We go further, a LOT further. By utilizing a modern injector test bench with state of the art high speed digital calibration equipment. We precisely set your injectors to exact specifications closely matching all injectors in your set.

Our shop is unique in that we have the original “Fine” tolerance shim kits that allows us to set your injectors to less than 1 bar maximum deviation tolerances. This is unlike other shops who typically have the coarse shim kits that only allow 8-10 bar adjustment increments.

After your injectors are completely rebuilt, mounted, adjusted and pass all injector tests, we completely re-coat your injectors to insure your injector assemblies remain corrosion/rust free until their next overhaul.

What our service gets you is assurance that you will get the maximum life out of your injector nozzles. Our strict tolerances reduce displaced volume that can be lost to the fuel system via the return lines where incorrectly rebuilt injectors suffer from high internal leakage rates. This lowers pump stress by insuring the fuel pump only displaces what is needed to pump fuel to the cylinders thru the nozzle. Additional power is typically gained since peak delivery efficiency is improved by as much as 30%. Greater efficiency is realized since the injectors work in perfect harmony; cylinder to cylinder. Flow balance is optimized equalizing cylinder pressures which promotes greater combustion efficiency transmitted to the crankshaft.

In all cases, the precise settings we employ save you money and gain you better fuel economy. Most, if not all, customers see reductions in temperature at the turbo-chargers turbine inlet. More complete combustion reduces thermal losses to the pre-combustion chambers surrounding cooling jacket. These benefits ultimately lower the wear and tear on your motor and extend it’s service life.

All injector rebuilds include new heat shields and braided fuel return lines.
