Every 100,000 miles we encourage owners to get their previously serviced injectors cleaned and checked.
For those returning customers who have previously purchased injectors rebuilt by us for and only the set we built up, we offer a discounted clean and check that provides the following:

-Removal of the nozzle-Inspection of internal parts
-Ultrasonic Cleaning of the Nozzle and Needle
-Test cycle of the injector for Ejection, Dispersion and proper Cycling
-Check Set Pressure
-Test for Balance and Sequencing
-Re-coating of the injector
-Installation of new OEM seals
-Include OEM Braided Return Lines

¹ 100,000 miles is suggested for all engines with stock performance injectors, Higher performance injectors should be checked every 75,000 miles and Race injectors every 30,000 ideally.

² Rebuilt injectors are any set of injectors which we rebuilt and have not been opened or modified in any way since we last performed the overhaul of the units. This simply insures that we can perform an accurate assessment of the injectors operation and validation of it’s performance using the data we retain in our database. If the injectors have been modified in any way since we last performed the overhaul, a full calibration will be required due to the additional time required to properly reset the injector and its multiple settings.
