Description
We we currently offer a clean and check service. This will often be required after an High Pressure Pump Failure (HPFP) to remove metal fragments that clog the internal control passages.
– Instalation of new consumable parts
– Clean and evaluate injector, nozzle, flow range and general condition of injector.
– Issue new Flow Code (if required) which is required upon install of a new injector in that respective cylinder if control range is outside original coding tolerances.
WARNING: Never attempt under any circumstance to open a Common Rail injector, severe and possibly irreversable damage will result, requiring replacement with brand new units at substantially higher cost than a cleaning.
NOTE: If any attempt to open the injectors has been made severe and possibly irreversable damage may have been done to the injector. We may be be able to repair this, however this is done on a case by case basis in which the price for a repair is $150 plus parts and is in addition to the standard cleaning price listed above.
