Actual DBW Injector after Overhaul
All non-race injectors are backed by a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing defects.
All injectors come COMPLETE with Seals (if applicable), Return lines and provide you with a COMPLETELY overhauled injector, matched and balanced.
Shops that claim to “Install Nozzles” simply remove and install the nozzles and cannot actually overhaul the injector unit. As customers have found out the hard way, this results in permanent damage to the NEW nozzles they just purchased. Skip the failures, and DBW LLC will insure you enjoy a trouble free process!
Our pricing and Service provides you with injectors that have been COMPLETELY OVERHAULED and returned to specifications far exceeding NEW OEM standards.
Pre-Assembly inspection
Our service provides you with a completely rebuilt, Resurfaced injector, that replaces the typical worn out internal parts. We then Test cycle every injector at pressures of up to 30,000 psi, flow balance each unit to within .25% tolerances, adjust each injector for ejection and Dispersion to insure low to no smoke and maximum fuel economy, and when the overhaul is completed we Re-coat the injectors to protect against rust and corrosion which provides you with a refurbished unit capable of hundreds of thousands of miles of care free service life.
