The sole services my shop provides are the maintenance, repair, and modification of VAG TDI vehicles. Fratelli Bosio nozzles with calibration by Drivbiwire LLC are the only injectors or components I install if dictated by wear or performance requirements. The quality of parts, workmanship, detailed knowledge is unsurpassed. Pete shoots it straight without smoke-and-mirrors salesmanship and delivers 100% on the capabilities of his product line. I stay on-schedule, and my customers enjoy absolute minimal downtime because of DBW LLC. Thanks!

Here’s my PD injector story and testimonial to DBW’s services. I wanted a little more torque out of my PD so based off my tuners experience and feedback, I bought some R783 nozzles for my PD150 injectors. Had another person install the nozzles in the bodies, and I put them in my car. It was quicker, but ran like garbage at partial throttle, it would stumble and smoke. I tried 3 different remaps from my tuner and all I got from my car was garbage. My balance values in group 013 varied from +/- 2! I sent my injectors to DBW and he shimmed them up, replaced some bent pins, and sent them back. I installed them and now my balance values are 0 +/- 0.25!!! The best part though is how it drives. It’s buttery smooth in all circumstances where it used to stumble very badly.

DBW calibrated my injectors. The Bosio PP502 nozzles had been in for 10K miles and the car had 89K miles. Now that they are set to 220/300 the car seems to run smoother.

Pete set pressure on my injectors and after I put them on car it was fantastic. I have jetta’97 with sprint 520 nozzles and before pressure test, I had power but lot of smoke. After he did injectors it was no change in power but smoke was gone. And also IQ had increase . I did adjust little bit. I set my at 5.0 . So I recommend any time you want to do your nozzles you should do pressure set. And only with Pete. He knows what he is doing.
Tanks Pete again.

Pete just did mine last week, great turnaround.
I replaced the nozzles with PP520s and since Pete ballanced and cleaned the injectors the car idles much smoother and the engine smokes far less at WOT.

I just ordered a new set of PP764 for my mk4. They have been in about a week now. I was originally going to buy the PP520 but nobody had them in stock so I purchased the PP764. I purchased them from and had them recalibrated by DBW. I think it was worth it to have the injector bodies re-shimmed and pop tested with the new nozzles. He got them back to me right away. I sent them to him on a Saturday, he got them on Monday, and he had them in the mail by Tues.

Seconded! Pete’s customer service is also unmatched.
He just rebuilt mine with some new PP520s and then called me from Germany on new years day to help with a dry fuel system restarting problem.
My car runs smoother, stronger, with no smoke, and instant startup/shutdowns now.
