Damaged PD from Attempt to Open or Dropping

Description

If you have attempted to open a PD injector you now know that you have just damaged the injector. Failure to use the correct tooling WILL result in substantial damage not limited to sheared internal pins, flow channels and surfaces from the shear forces generated by opening the injector.

NOTE: Dropping the injector, hitting it or Any attempt to open the Solenoid will render the injector unserviceable, we can restore the injector Solenoid control system back to Brand New control response which requires Computer Guided tooling which permits the extremely tight tolerances required to repair or adjust these units.

The repair requires additional parts not available to you, and also requires re-surfacing not typical of a common overhaul thus the expense is in addition to a normal rebuild.

This charge covers:

– Opened Solenoid and/or injector has excessive Group 13 deviation

– Solenoid Conversion: Converting From/to Version 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 to allow your unit to work with the ECU/engine type in your vehicle

– New Alignment pins

-Re-Surfacing of the internal surfaces

-Additional labor to re-match the internal surfaces to achieve a leak free seal.

This option is used for injectors received and found to be tampered with, shipping is extra and will be applied on a case by case basis for all other situations.
